Under Florida Statute § 893.145, medication paraphernalia is defined to be”all equipment, services and products, and substances for any kind which are used, intended for use, or designed to be used in planting, propagating, cultivating, growing, harvesting, manufacturing, compounding, converting, producing, processing, preparing, analyzing, testing, packaging, repackaging, storing, containing, concealing, transporting, injecting, ingesting, inhaling, or presenting” a controlled substance into the body. Kits for manufacturing, compounding, converting, creating, processing, or preparing controlled substances or planting, propagating, cultivating, growing, or harvesting of any species of plant which is a regulated substance or from which a controlled substance can be originated .
Isomerization apparatus for increasing the effectiveness of any species of plant which is a controlled substance or analyzing equipment for identifying, or analyzing the strength, effectiveness, or purity ofillegal drugs.
Scales and accounts for weighing or measuring illegal drugs.
Diluents and adulterants for cutting edge illegal drugs.
Separation gins and sifters for removing twigs and seeds from, or in otherwise cleaning or refining, cannabis.
Capsules, balloons, envelopes, and other containers for packing small amounts of illegal drugs or containers and other items such as storing, concealing, or transporting illegal medication.
Hypodermic syringes, needles, and other objects for injecting illegal substances into the human body.
Items for eating, inhaling, or otherwise introducing cannabis, cocaine, hashish, hashish oil, or even nitrous acid to the body, like bongs, roach clips, assorted pipes, or even a number of other kinds of items.
